सी की कमी की अवस्था में इस औषध का सेवन विशेष उपयोगी है। इसके अतिरिक्त ज्वर,
कास, श्वास, क्षय रोगों में भी गुणकारी है। किसी भी रोग के कारण उत्पन्न हुई शारीरिक
कमजोरी, मानसिक तथा मस्तिष्क-सम्बन्धी कमजोरी को मिटाने के लिए इस रसायन का
उपयोग करना श्रेष्ठ है। जीर्ण-शीर्ण शरीर को हृष्ट-पुष्ट, बल-वर्ण एवं कान्ति तथा शक्ति-
सम्पन्न बनाकर कायाकल्प कर देता है। रस-रक्तादि सप्तधातुओं की वृद्धि कर शरीर का वजन
बढ़ाता है एवं उत्तम वयःस्थापक है। श्वास-संस्थान (फेफड़ों) की कमजोरी तथा स्नायविक
दुर्बलता के कारण उत्पन्न खाँसी और श्वास में निश्चित लाभ करता है।

मात्रा : सुबह-शाम 1 से 2 चम्मच दूध के साथ ले अथवा चिकित्सक के परामर्शनुसार।
