रोगन सुरख एक प्राकृतिक दर्द निवारक है।
Roghan Surkh is used for headache, body ache, joint pains, earache, weakness in legs in babies, injury and sprains, swelling etc. For external use only.
रोगन सिरका का उपयोग सिरदर्द, शरीर में दर्द, जोड़ों में दर्द, कान का दर्द, शिशुओं में पैरों में कमजोरी, चोट और मोच, सूजन आदि के लिए किया जाता है।

Ushna: Used for stiffness and stress.
उषा: कठोरता और तनाव के लिए प्रयुक्त।
Burada Sandal Surkh/ white sandal wood: Used as astringent and disinfectant.
बुरादा चप्पल सूर्ख / सफेद चंदन की लकड़ी: कसैले और कीटाणुनाशक के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।
Habb-ul-Ghurab: Used for pain.
हब-उल-ग़ुरब: दर्द के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।
Darhald/root/berries: Used for joint pain, general weakness etc.
डरहल्ड / जड़ / जामुन: जोड़ों के दर्द, सामान्य कमजोरी आदि के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है।
Kaifal/myrica nagi: Used in increased body temperature.

Dosage of Hamdard Roghan Surkh
Apply on Joint or affected area or as prescribed by the physician.
संयुक्त या प्रभावित क्षेत्र पर या चिकित्सक द्वारा निर्धारित अनुसार लागू करें।
For headache: Rub a little Roghan Surkh on the forehead.
सिरदर्द के लिए: माथे पर थोड़ा सा रोगन सुरख रगड़ें।
For Body ache: Apply on the affected part.
शारीरिक दर्द के लिए: प्रभावित हिस्से पर लेप करें।
Bites of insects: Use at the place of bite.
कीड़े के काटने: काटने की जगह पर उपयोग करें।
For joint pains: Apply on the affected joint.
संयुक्त दर्द के लिए: प्रभावित जोड़ पर लगाएँ।
Cough, cold & influenza: Warm the oil slightly and massage on the chest and throat.
खांसी, जुकाम और इन्फ्लूएंजा: तेल को थोड़ा गर्म करें और छाती और गले पर मालिश करें।
Earache: Warm the oil slightly and put 2-3 drops into the paining ear.
कान का दर्द: तेल को थोड़ा गर्म करें और दर्द वाले कान में 2-3 बूंद डालें।
Injuries and sprains: Warm it slightly, apply and bandage on affected portion.
चोट और मोच: इसे थोड़ा गर्म करें, प्रभावित हिस्से पर लगाएं और पट्टी करें।
Swelling:
Warm the oil slightly, apply on the swelling, cover it with a warm betel leaf or “peepal” leaf and tie with a cotton bandage.
तेल को थोड़ा गर्म करें, सूजन पर लागू करें, इसे गर्म सुपारी या “पीपल” के पत्तों के साथ कवर करें और एक कपास पट्टी के ढके।
