How to Use/Dosage of Hamdard Ayush Joshanda
Consume like tea by using 1 tea bag of powder formulation in 150 ML of boiled/hot water, filter and take once or twice daily. Gud, Raisin or Lemon juice can be added according to the taste.
हमदर्द आयुष जोशंदा का प्रयोग/खुराक कैसे करें?
150 एमएल उबले/गर्म पानी में 1 टी बैग पाउडर फॉर्मूलेशन का उपयोग करके चाय की तरह सेवन करें, छान लें और दिन में एक या दो बार लें। स्वादानुसार गुड़, किशमिश या नींबू का रस मिला सकते हैं।
